Do I really need to wait 3 days to wash hair after keratin?
I understand that keratin treatments can often leave hair feeling silky smooth and frizz-free, but I'm curious - is it absolutely necessary to wait three days before washing my hair after getting a keratin treatment? I'm used to washing my hair every day and I'm wondering if there's any harm in skipping the recommended waiting period. Could you shed some light on why the wait is recommended and what the potential consequences might be if I don't follow it?
